About The Position
Pick, stage, label, pack and ship components and non-sterile prototypes of SPT trays containing surgical/medical products provided to Medline Sales Force, Customers and Internal Customers.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED.
- Ability to read and understand information presented in writing in English.
- Ability to perform basic math (addition and subtraction).
- Lifting a minimum of 40 pounds.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
Nice To Haves
- Previous production/manufacturing experience.
- MS Excel and Word.
- SAP/AS400 experience.
Responsibilities
- Pick components and staging based on quotes logged in the Sample Room database.
- Create and pick work orders as needed.
- Responsible for the proper receipt, stocking and organization of product samples, including all necessary components and literature.
- Order supplies for the sample room.
- Ship outbound sample packages to account representatives, specialists, and customers.
- Communicate via phone and email with Account Representatives and other departments.
- Assist multiple divisions with sending out components and packs.
- Provide support to product and/or sales team as required.
