About The Position
The Sample Processor is responsible for processing sample material through its various stages, from receiving material to shipping products to customers. The role includes moving, cutting, labeling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials, while maintaining a clean and safe work area. The position is located in Dalton, Georgia.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Scissor lift and/or forklift experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Unload product from trucks and transport it to storage and/or processing areas.
- Cut product according to the scheduled cut sheet.
- Label product with applicable labels.
- Stock material on shelves and/or in overage storage.
- Pull items for daily orders.
- Pack items from daily orders.
- Ship items to customers.
- Keep the work area clean and safe.
- Perform other tasks required by supervision.
