About The Position

Massey Cadillac of Orlando (North), part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Salesperson. The role involves helping customers identify and purchase a vehicle while building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Compensation is draw plus commission, with a stated annual range of $75,000 to $120,000. This is a full-time role with Monday through Saturday availability and Sundays off; evening and weekend work may be needed.

Requirements

Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience is preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a commission- and performance-based environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain available options and benefits.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers by phone, email, text, and CRM systems.
Build and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about dealership inventory, promotions, financing, and leasing programs.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
