We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to manage the Salesforce product backlog end-to-end. This role involves defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready work items. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery leads to translate complex operational requirements into prioritized backlog items. The role requires driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story readiness ceremonies as the primary product voice. You will balance short-term delivery commitments with long-term platform health, managing trade-offs between new feature development, technical debt, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will evaluate and challenge solution designs for feasibility, scalability, and alignment with platform best practices and governance standards, and support technical grooming sessions by identifying ambiguities, edge cases, and non-functional requirements before stories enter development. A working understanding of enterprise integration patterns connecting Salesforce to systems including MuleSoft, SAP, Documentum, Excalibur, and legacy platforms is also necessary.
