We're seeking a visionary Salesforce Platform & Product Owner to lead the strategy, evolution, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem—a mission-critical platform powering pipeline management, referral generation, partner engagement, and post-settlement intelligence. This is a newly created role offering a rare opportunity to build and scale a modern, AI-ready Salesforce platform from the ground up while directly influencing revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience across the organization. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, platform ownership, business systems management, product ownership, or a related role.
  • Proven experience owning or leading a Salesforce platform within a growing organization.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, object design, automation, reporting, and platform governance.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing flows, security models, integrations, and scalable platform solutions.
  • Demonstrated success modernizing, stabilizing, and transforming a legacy Salesforce environment.
  • Experience building platform roadmaps and prioritizing work based on business value, risk, and operational impact.
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, middleware, and data synchronization patterns.
  • Experience implementing structured release management, change management, and platform governance processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive sustainable solutions.
  • Experience working with third-party implementation partners, managed service providers, and software vendors.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, ensuring investments align with business goals and future growth requirements.
  • Serve as the primary steward of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, partner and referral management capabilities, reporting, automation, integrations, and future platform enhancements.
  • Redesign and optimize the Salesforce data model, architecture, objects, relationships, and metadata to support scalability and maintainability.
  • Modernize workflows, automations, and business processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience.
  • Establish platform governance, including change management, release management, documentation standards, and development lifecycle practices.
  • Define and maintain platform health metrics, adoption metrics, data quality standards, and operational performance measures.
  • Drive AI-readiness across the platform by improving data quality, process standardization, and integration capabilities while evaluating emerging Salesforce AI capabilities.
  • Ensure Salesforce integrates effectively with workflow systems, financial platforms, reporting solutions, and the enterprise data platform.
  • Implement and maintain a secure, compliant security model including roles, permissions, profiles, sharing rules, and audit controls.
  • Identify and remediate technical debt, including legacy configurations, unused customizations, inefficient automations, and outdated managed packages.
  • Partner with business leaders to prioritize enhancement opportunities and translate strategic objectives into platform capabilities.
  • Manage relationships with Salesforce partners, consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure quality delivery and alignment with company objectives.
  • Drive user adoption through training, communication, process design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
