About The Position

VXForward is hiring a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for Revenue Cloud (Agentforce Revenue Management) and Billing. The role combines senior technical leadership with hands-on solutioning, design, and validation, while managing the work of other technical architects. The architect will support Phase 2 delivery and the governance workstream, document key design decisions, and work directly with client stakeholders. The position is remote, with occasional onsite sessions in Ohio.

Requirements

• Advanced, hands-on Revenue Cloud (Agentforce Revenue Management) experience on real implementations.
• Advanced Billing experience as part of a Revenue Cloud solution.
• Senior architect background, including leading other architects and supporting end-to-end solution design while continuing to build.
• Comfort working directly with client stakeholders as the technical lead.

Nice To Haves

• Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or Billing certifications.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
• Based in or near Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture across Revenue Cloud (Agentforce Revenue Management) and Billing.
• Manage the project's technical architects by delegating work, reviewing designs, and unblocking the team.
• Participate hands-on in solutioning, designing, and validating the solution alongside the team.
• Support Phase 2 delivery and the governance workstream, and document key design decisions.
• Work directly with the client's team, including occasional onsite sessions in Ohio.
