Salesforce Technical Architect
About The Position
Orion Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with complex business requirements. The role works across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated systems, applying best practices and ensuring technical excellence and long-term platform stability. The architect translates business and functional requirements into technical designs and solution architectures, develops and reviews specifications, data models, and integrations, and guides teams on Salesforce development practices, coding standards, and governance. The role also supports integrations with external systems, assesses and optimizes platform performance, and stays current with Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend improvements. Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3+ years in an architect-level or senior technical role.
- Proven experience designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, such as Sales, Service, and Experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with integration patterns and tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and compliance requirements.
- Salesforce System Architect and/or Application Architect certifications are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design practical, sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and explain technical concepts.

- Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
Responsibilities
- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs and solution architectures.
- Develop and review technical specifications, data models, and system integrations.
- Design secure, scalable, and optimized Salesforce solutions.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and system governance.
- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Conduct platform assessments, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Keep current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, and recommend improvements.
