About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Developer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The role involves delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation for complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and maintaining long-term maintainability. The ideal candidate has delivered meaningful Salesforce work in production, writes idiomatic Apex and modern LWC, and uses declarative solutions where appropriate alongside code that provides clear value.

This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote within the United States. The salary range is $100,000–$150,000 annually. Candidates eligible to apply include U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates; the employer cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce platform limits.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and sharing.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Industry Clouds, such as Financial Services, Health, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.
• Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.
