About The Position

This is an evergreen opportunity supporting our 2026 hiring pipeline for Salesforce Solution Architects specializing in core CRM capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. We are seeking experienced professionals who can lead solution design, guide client engagements, and translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. While this role is centered on the core CRM platform, experience with additional Salesforce clouds (e.g., Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service Lightning or Data360 and Agentforce) is a strong plus. This role is 100% remote within the United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and corp-to-corp arrangements are not permitted.

Requirements

  • 2-15+ years of Salesforce solution design and delivery experience, some experience preferably in a consulting or partner environment
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Consultant
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM core platform: Sales Cloud (strong emphasis) and/or Service Cloud
  • Data modeling, security, and sharing architecture
  • Automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes)
  • Understanding of Apex and programmatic concepts to guide technical design
  • Reporting, dashboards, and Lightning Experience configuration
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, data migration, system connectivity)
  • Strong ability to lead discovery, document requirements, and design scalable solutions
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with additional Salesforce products such as Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, or Data Cloud
  • Exposure to AI capabilities
  • Salesforce certifications (2–3 preferred), such as: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution discovery and technical design across Salesforce CRM implementations
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, and stakeholder alignment
  • Deliver high-quality implementations across fixed-scope and rapid delivery projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal team members
  • Contribute to best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
