About The Position

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect focused on Service cloud to join our DCX team. Your Role Solution Architect responsible for Service Cloud capabilities Overall accountability of the Salesforce architecture which should include, but not limited to, the data model, security, environment, DevOps, integrations, analytics, and product roadmap updates Lead (where applicable) and participant in Salesforce and wider Technology governance groups, demonstrating leadership in Salesforce solution design, technical design, and quality assurance Lead all high level technical design for all organisation Salesforce changes and enhancements, adhering to our standards, principles and architectural principles. Produce high quality documentation and oversee low level technical design Design and be responsible for the implementation of scalable, high performing solutions in Salesforce, considering when a third party solution may be better suited Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) Responsible for creating High Level Designs and documentation based on business requirements for Service and Support. May also involve export control data as well as Revenue Cloud potential

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience as a Solutions Architect
• Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)

Responsibilities
