Requirements

  • 4+ years working with Salesforce platform releases, deployments, or DevOps processes
  • Hands-on experience with Copado, for CI/CD, pipeline management, and automated deployments
  • Strong experience with Git (branching strategies, merges, pull requests)
  • Good understanding of Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, Scratch Orgs, Production) and metadata deployment
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools, deployment validations, and release governance
  • Experience resolving deployment failures, merge conflicts, and environment issues
  • Strong verbal communication skills to speak to customers and delivery team members daily as well as good written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Copado certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Configuring and maintaining Copado pipelines to move changes safely across Salesforce environments
  • Plan and schedule deployments, ensuring all user stories and features are properly promoted through the pipeline
  • Ensure all changes pass automated tests, code quality checks, and governance policies before production release
  • Monitor environment status, resolve deployment conflicts, and maintain environment consistency across sandboxes
  • Work with Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to track release progress, document changes, and ensure smooth go-live
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including multiple Salesforce clouds
