Salesforce Project Manager

Perficient•Town and Country, MO
•$120,000 - $150,000

About The Position

Perficient is hiring a Salesforce Project Manager for its Professional Services Agentforce and Claude Adoption Program. The role leads user adoption, organizational readiness, and business value realization for Salesforce Agentforce and Claude implementations. It combines change leadership, user engagement, and hands-on technology enablement to help customers integrate AI-powered capabilities into daily business processes. Customer engagements run as fixed 12-week sprints: weeks 0–2 focus on assessment and readiness, weeks 3–5 on building and validation, and weeks 5–12 on user enablement, adoption, and optimization. The delivery approach is fast and iterative rather than traditional waterfall, with working solutions demonstrated to customers. The Project Manager works in pods with architects and consultants, may support multiple customer engagements, and must be available during each customer’s business hours. Location is flexible. The role works with customers, client sponsors, delivery teams, and program leadership to develop and deliver change management plans, facilitate training and workshops, track adoption and business outcomes, address resistance, and improve workflows. It also contributes reusable adoption frameworks and supports delivery coordination. The successful candidate is comfortable configuring and demonstrating Salesforce and Claude capabilities, troubleshooting them, and teaching end users. Perficient describes the desired qualities as humble, hungry, people-smart, and excited about AI.
