About The Position
DSS is seeking a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in a recently developed application. The role is contingent upon award and is hybrid, requiring in-office work 2–3 days per week. The analyst will extend Salesforce to support business requirements, follow a configuration-first approach, and collaborate with the DevOps team to test, debug, and remediate issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Jira.
- At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- At least 4 years of experience with Copado.
- At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce Apex classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Copado CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- Develop Apex classes and triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce and support business requirements.
- Follow a configuration-first approach.
- Write unit tests and work with the DevOps team to debug and remediate issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation.
- Use Jira to document user stories, acceptance criteria, design changes, defects, and new stories.
