About The Position

This role involves monitoring Salesforce and nCino production environments, managing incident queues, and resolving user-reported issues within service level agreements (SLAs). The administrator will perform root cause analysis, support commercial lending workflows, and troubleshoot nCino-specific functionality. Maintaining data integrity through validation, cleanup, and reconciliation is crucial. Collaboration with developers and other administrators for escalations and defect resolution is expected. The role also includes executing minor configuration changes, participating in release validation and testing, providing end-user support, and documenting incidents and resolutions for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Salesforce & nCino knowledge (3--5 years).
  • Salesforce administration.
  • Incident and ticket management.
  • Data quality and data management.
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • User support and cross-team communication.
  • Strong skills in data quality, analysis, and correction.
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in nCino platform and Salesforce Admin/Dev
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and experience working in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Salesforce and nCino production environments; track and manage incident queues.
  • Triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues within SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
  • Support commercial lending workflows and troubleshoot nCino-specific functionality.
  • Maintain data integrity through data validation, cleanup, and reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with developers and admins for escalations and defect resolution.
  • Execute minor configuration changes (flows, fields, permissions) as needed.
  • Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and post-deployment support.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and known issues for knowledge sharing.
  • Provide end-user support, guidance, and system usage assistance.
