About The Position

The Administrative professional plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks that support various departments and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will assist with tasks such as inventory ordering, maintenance repair request data base, human resource admin functions, as well as support for warehouse/retail and production department. By acting as a central point of contact, the admin supports both internal teams and external stakeholders, enhancing productivity and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere. Ultimately, this role is vital in enabling the organization to meet its operational goals through effective administrative support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with office management software and tools such as Google Workspace or project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or budgeting processes.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily office operations including ordering, file organization, communication throughout variety of departments.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management and other departments.
