About The Position

We are building our 2026 pipeline for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect talent across our growing ecosystem. This includes professionals with experience across Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and the evolving Salesforce marketing technology stack, including Data Cloud and next-generation marketing capabilities. This evergreen requisition is designed for individuals interested in future Solution Architect opportunities within our Marketing Cloud environment.

Requirements

  • Solution Architecture
  • Solution Architects with experience designing scalable, enterprise Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Expertise in integrations, data architecture, and cross-cloud strategy
  • Strong focus on customer engagement, personalization, and marketing automation
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, subscriber data models, and campaign execution
  • Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and/or Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
  • Knowledge of data architecture, contact strategy, and audience management
  • Understanding of integrations between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and external systems
  • Familiarity with real-time data concepts and event-driven marketing
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and real-time audience activation
  • Exposure to AI capabilities such as Einstein for Marketing
  • Experience with advanced personalization or marketing analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Designing and optimizing marketing solutions across customer engagement channels
  • Building scalable, personalized customer journeys using Marketing Cloud Engagement
  • Integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external enterprise systems
  • Supporting data-driven marketing initiatives aligned with Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Driving campaign effectiveness, segmentation strategy, and lifecycle marketing improvements
  • Supporting the transition toward Marketing Cloud Next, including real-time data activation and AI-driven engagement
