About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to join our client in the Wealth Management industry. This role involves designing, building, and managing scalable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle communications. The engineer will be responsible for data modeling, segmentation, personalization, and integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems. Key aspects of the role include managing high-volume campaign execution, ensuring email deliverability and compliance, and troubleshooting production issues to improve platform reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for data manipulation and personalization
• Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external APIs

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder)
• Develop and manage complex customer journeys for onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle communications
• Implement and improve data models, segmentation, and personalization using SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution
• Manage high-volume campaign execution, including scheduling, batching, and throughput optimization
• Ensure email deliverability, domain health, and compliance with global marketing and privacy regulations
• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor campaign performance, and improve platform reliability and scalability
