About The Position

This role is for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer with a client in the Wealth Management industry. The position requires strong expertise in various Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and programming languages to design, build, and manage scalable solutions for customer journeys and campaigns. The engineer will be responsible for data management, personalization, integrations, and ensuring campaign execution, deliverability, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for data manipulation and personalization
• Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external APIs

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder)
• Develop and manage complex customer journeys for onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle communications
• Implement and improve data models, segmentation, and personalization using SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution
• Manage high-volume campaign execution, including scheduling, batching, and throughput optimization
• Ensure email deliverability, domain health, and compliance with global marketing and privacy regulations
• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor campaign performance, and improve platform reliability and scalability
