About The Position

VXForward is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement professional to contribute to technology solutions across different industries. The role focuses on Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation, data modeling, campaign orchestration, integrations, and enterprise solution design. This is a remote position.

Requirements

Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement architecture and implementation.
Hands-on knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio capabilities as applicable.
Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience designing Marketing Cloud data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization solutions.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration, Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement.
Experience with enterprise solution architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release management practices.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement architecture.
