About The Position

As a Salesforce Consultant at Crowe, you will help project teams bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, design and implement custom solutions, and provide consultative advice on industry best practices. The role involves ongoing learning, collaboration across teams, critical thinking, and using technology—including emerging AI capabilities—to improve efficiency, insights, and client outcomes. As you develop, you will take greater ownership of client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and lead smaller projects from end to end with oversight from a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant. The position supports pre-sales scoping and project implementation. You will capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements; define affected business processes; contribute to cohesive scopes of work and solution designs; build solutions using Salesforce declarative functionality and Crowe best practices; and support quality assurance, deployment preparation, and client documentation. The role requires a minimum of 20% travel and is identified as hybrid.
