This is a hands-on, mid-level role focused on execution, systems, and operational coordination. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure key business priorities are executed efficiently and that core systems and processes run smoothly across the organization. This is not a strategic or people management role. It is ideal for someone who enjoys owning workflows, working in systems like Salesforce, and driving projects to completion. Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or CRM-focused roles
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Experience managing projects or workflows from start to finish
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable working onsite in Providence, RI three days per week
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (NDAs, agreements, etc.)
  • Exposure to executive or leadership support
  • Experience with tools like Adobe Sign, Egnyte, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy, organization, and reliability
  • Drive execution of CEO-prioritized projects from start to finish
  • Support the contract lifecycle (NDAs, agreements, execution, tracking)
  • Build, document, and improve operational workflows and processes
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure priorities move forward and deadlines are met
  • Maintain and update Salesforce, including pipeline tracking, reporting, and data integrity
  • Execute and track projects, ensuring clear timelines, follow-ups, and completion
  • Facilitate contract execution using tools like Adobe Sign and maintain organized records
  • Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and internal processes
  • Support operational and administrative needs of the business as priorities evolve
  • Prepare materials, updates, and reports for leadership as needed
