About The Position

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst that has experience with Goverment Cloud to join our DCX team. Your Role Collaborates with business SMEs, product owners, architects, and development teams to validate requirements, support testing activities, and ensure successful solution adoption.

Requirements

• Salesforce Business Analyst with 6-10 years of experience translating complex business processes and regulatory requirements into Salesforce solutions and user stories.
• Skilled in requirements elicitation, process mapping, backlog management, workshop facilitation, and documentation of business, functional, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting contract management, workflow automation, approvals, document management, and audit-driven business processes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ability to identify opportunities to leverage standard functionality while minimizing customization.
• Familiarity with Government Cloud delivery standards, secure coding practices, testing frameworks, and compliance-driven development approaches.
