About The Position
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst that has experience with Goverment Cloud to join our DCX team. Your Role: Collaborates with business SMEs, product owners, architects, and development teams to validate requirements, support testing activities, and ensure successful solution adoption.
Requirements
- Salesforce Business Analyst with 6-10 years of experience translating complex business processes and regulatory requirements into Salesforce solutions and user stories.
- Skilled in requirements elicitation, process mapping, backlog management, workshop facilitation, and documentation of business, functional, and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting contract management, workflow automation, approvals, document management, and audit-driven business processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ability to identify opportunities to leverage standard functionality while minimizing customization.
- Familiarity with Government Cloud delivery standards, secure coding practices, testing frameworks, and compliance-driven development approaches.
