About The Position

Riveron is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect in the Marketing and Sales Cloud space. The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires expertise in Salesforce architecture, Data Model, Integration patterns and best practices to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ Years of Experience in Salesforce with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Strong Knowledge of Apex and LWC
  • Experience with integration middleware’s such as MuleSoft and Boomi
  • Strong knowledge of Agent force and custom actions
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control
  • Experience with one of DevOps platforms such as Copado/Gearset
  • Knowledge of AppExchange products such as DocuSign, Conga, Icertis, Demand tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Active Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end architecture for complex Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds
  • Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for complex business processes.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Create solution blueprints, data models, integration patterns and system architecture diagrams
  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, performance and adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards
  • Conduct discovery sessions, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs
  • Map requirements with OOB features and identify need for customization
  • Configure various features of Sales Cloud such as Sales Management, Campaigns, Lead Conversion, Forecasting, Sales Cadences, Account Management, Territory Management
  • Guide clients to make buy vs build decisions
  • Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs
  • Experience with Marketing platforms – Pardot/Marketo to build end to end configurations
  • Develop data migration strategies including mapping, cleansing, and sequencing
  • Define data governance, security model, and access controls
  • Establish standards for configuration, development best practices, release management and CI/CD
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise policies, compliance, and security guidelines
  • Conduct platform health assessments, performance optimization, and roadmap planning
  • Support UAT, system testing, and performance validation
  • Resolve complex issues and ensure successful deployment of new features
  • Document architecture artifacts, integration specifications, and technical guidelines
