About The Position

The Salesforce Agentforce Developer will work onsite in Hartford, Connecticut. The organization is hiring two developers for a long-term contract. The role involves Salesforce development using LWC, Apex, and Aura, applying Salesforce platform architecture and best practices, and working with Salesforce AI tools. The developer will debug and tune performance using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools, work in an Agile environment, and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including LWC, Apex, and Aura.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action.
• Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model and collaborating with offshore teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAFe methodology.
• Experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, Copado, and AutoRABIT.
• Experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools.
