About The Position

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce environment. This role will manage core administration tasks, build and maintain reporting and dashboards, and partner with U.S. based sales and operations leadership teams to improve processes in a fast paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational Salesforce Admin experience who is eager to grow their skills in reporting, analytics, and sales performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with strong skills in sales reporting and analytics, including proven expertise in Salesforce dashboards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to present insights to executive‑level stakeholders .
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside in Metro Manila or nearby provinces
  • High-speed internet (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload), hardwired connection preferred.
  • Flexibility to report onsite in Makati as required by business needs.
  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Amenable to a night shift (U.S. hours).
  • Can start ASAP

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools (preferred).
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot (a plus, not required).

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily Salesforce administration tasks: user provisioning, permission management, security controls.
  • Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Build and optimize Flows, workflow rules, approval processes, and automations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau (or other BI tools).
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports for board meetings, weekly sales calls, and other business needs.
  • Ensure Salesforce data accuracy, consistency, and overall hygiene
  • Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues.
  • Identify process gaps and streamline reporting workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Anticipate the reporting needs of sales leadership and proactively deliver solutions.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategy and performance improvements.
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the sales operations function.
