About The Position

The Salesforce Administrator will manage, optimize, and scale our Salesforce environment to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role focuses heavily on report and dashboard creation, data hygiene, and user support, ensuring Salesforce is accurate, reliable, and aligned with measured business goals, including but not limited to – pipeline growth; retention rate; success rate, time-to-close, etc. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with company values, strong business acumen and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud fundamentals.
  • Strong skills in report building, dashboard creation, and data management.
  • Experience with data tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, deduplication tools).
  • Excellent communication, problemsolving, and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, or Apex fundamentals.
  • Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, or Service Cloud.
  • Experience in a highgrowth, datadriven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Support integrations with thirdparty tools (e.g., marketing automation, CPQ, support platforms).
  • Aligning marketing metrics/targets to pipeline and new revenue growth
  • Integrating Salesforce with Marketo and LinkedIn for marketing and sales campaigns
  • Integrating Salesforce with contract and workflow management solutions (Cobblestone, ContractWorks, Zip, etc.)
  • Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards for Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable data deliverables.
  • Monitor data trends and surface insights to drive forecasting, pipeline management, and business decisions.
  • Implement and enforce data standards, audits, and best practices to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Run regular data cleansing activities, including deduplication, enrichment, and validation.
  • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and lead remediation efforts across teams.
  • Map, document, and improve CRMrelated business processes.
  • Recommend enhancements to workflows, automation, and system configuration to increase efficiency.
  • Support new feature rollouts and Salesforce releases.
  • Provide daytoday support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for CRM best practices.
  • Maintain system documentation, process standards, and configuration logs.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy requirements.
