About The Position

We are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to join our technical team with Innovative Captive Strategies in Waukee, IA. This role plays a vital role at continuing to improve and enhance our Salesforce platform and will be responsible for offering support to our Salesforce users. Requirements

  • Must be able to be on-site in Waukee, IA
  • Minimum 0-2 years’ Salesforce experience.
  • A desire for further learning of the Salesforce Platform is essential.
  • Must possess ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Invests in developing technical knowledge to understand business needs, make informed decisions, and deliver effective technology solutions and processes.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills by efficiently identifying problems, leveraging resources to determine root causes, and proposing and implementing solutions or improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): object and field creation, page layouts and lighting pages, record types, custom settings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide timely support
  • Monitor End user Adoption and propose ideas to further drive adoption.
