Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3–5 years as a Salesforce Administrator
  • 2–3 years in a Business Analyst role
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration & configuration
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
  • Experience in requirement gathering, process documentation, reporting & dashboards
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative, cross-functional team player
  • Very good French and English required (English essential)

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
  • Experience in entertainment or live events is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce & Force.com applications
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, formulas, validation rules, Flows, installed packages
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and data quality
  • Partner with business teams to understand, document, and analyze processes
  • Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization
  • Act as a thought leader on technology & efficiency
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
  • Transform data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day support to users
  • Train users on new features and best practices
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
