The Salesforce Administrator (Sales & Field Service) supports the ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service within a $2B enterprise environment. This role partners with Sales Operations, Field Operations, Service, the individual brands, and IT to enhance system usability, improve reporting visibility, and support automation across the revenue and service lifecycle. The role also trains and supports users on Field Service processes and system functionality. This is a hands-on administrator, training, and support role with strong cross-functional exposure and growth opportunity. No direct reports.
