Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field required.
0-2 years of experience required
Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration required
Microsoft Office Suite required

Nice To Haves

Internship in Salesforce field preferred.
Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred

Responsibilities

Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings within Salesforce to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.
Manage data imports, exports, updates, and integrity across Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms to support accurate reporting and business operations.
Perform basic Salesforce configuration, such as modifying page layouts, creating new fields, adjusting/creating approval flows.
Provide first level support and training to users, addressing their questions, and troubleshoot issues.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions function properly.
Help Support with the preparation and execute Salesforce updates and releases, ensuring seamless deployment of new features.
Adhere to all IT audit and change control processes, including but not limited to managing unit tests, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Other duties as assigned.
