About the position
Zennify is seeking a qualified Account Executive with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and Financial Services. The role involves serving as an advisor to prospects, establishing strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored Salesforce solutions. The Account Executive will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, and will collaborate with Salesforce Account Executives to engage potential clients. The ideal candidate should have experience selling Salesforce solutions, possess strong consultative sales skills, and have a drive for results.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong and influential relationships with Salesforce Account Executives
- Collaborate effectively with Salesforce Account Executives to engage and resonate with potential clients
- Cultivate leads and prospect for new clients within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Generate interest in Zennify as a premier Salesforce partner
- Utilize a consultative sales approach with strong discovery and probing skills
- Uncover key pain points of potential clients
- Demonstrate the value proposition and ROI of Salesforce solutions
- Showcase Zennify's outstanding implementation excellence
- Display executive presence and exceptional communication skills
- Craft compelling and tailored presentations outlining benefits, objectives, and customer-centric goals
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Have a "team-win" mentality
- Sell SaaS in the Financial Service vertical market
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and Salesforce Account Executives
- Adapt to changing market trends and client needs
- Overcome sales obstacles with tact and creativity
- Forecast and deliver on expected projections

- Meet travel requirements, if applicable (up to 30% travel projected)
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven and successful experience in selling Salesforce solutions, ideally including offerings in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals, has an individual and a "team-win" mentality
- 5-10+ years of experience selling SaaS in the Financial Service vertical market, such as Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, Investment firms, or other financial institutions
- Experience selling to both SMB and Enterprise accounts
- Strong relationship-building skills with Salesforce Account Executives and potential clients.
- Strong consultative sales approach and discovery/probing skills with adaptability to changing market trends and client needs.
- Handles objection with tact and creatively overcomes sales obstacles
- Has a drive for results, can forecast and deliver on expected projections
- Creates compelling presentations that clearly outline benefits, objectives and goals for clients, and provides a roadmap to meeting customer goals
- Collaborative nature for effective teamwork with internal project managers and experts.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred)
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum (Preferred)
- Thrives in a team-based, high-energy, and fast-paced environment, while exuding a commanding and influential presence to vendors, partners and clients.
- Service-oriented and innately driven to produce outstanding customer satisfaction and results.
- Enjoys discovering, learning about, and implementing new technologies, especially when applied to enhancing financial service solutions.
