About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Training Facilitator within our Sales Training division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will deliver high-impact onboarding and continuous learning experiences that accelerate seller readiness and long-term performance across US Revenue. This includes supporting new hire ramp and ongoing development for mid-market, enterprise, eCommerce sales teams, while also supporting onboarding and training across multiple lines of business as needed. You will report directly to the Director of Learning & Development and regularly collaborate with multiple departments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in training facilitation, sales enablement, coaching, or related field
• Strong presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills
• Ability to run effective role-plays, discovery practice, and skills-based exercises
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Experience in fast-paced or high-volume sales environments
• Comfort with virtual facilitation tools (Zoom, Teams)

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting inside sales, field sales, call center, or eCommerce sales teams
• Experience supporting training across multiple lines of business or varied selling motions
• Knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and activity expectations
• Understanding of adult learning theory and modern learning methodologies
• Experience collaborating with instructional designers or enablement teams
• Familiarity with Lodging sales, including workforce lodging, enterprise lodging, hotel sales, or related verticals
• Training or facilitation certifications (ATD, etc.) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver live (virtual and in-person) onboarding sessions covering sales skills, systems, products, and processes content as needed, including travel to support Field New Hire Onboarding and training initiatives
• Guide new hires through structured 30/60/90-day learning journeys and reinforce performance milestones.
• Facilitate role-plays, call practice, objection handling, and discovery exercises tailored to both general sales and line of business specific sales scenarios within Corpay’s sales methodology.
• Provide timely coaching and feedback; escalate skill or readiness concerns as needed.
• Facilitate continuous learning sessions for tenured reps across all sales segments, including line of business specific refreshers or product/process updates.
• Support rollouts of new sales tools, methodologies, and GTM initiatives.
• Reinforce adoption of core sales behaviors and operational discipline.
• Reinforce defined sales frameworks and core selling behaviors, facilitating within the Corpay’s sales methodology.
• Partner with Instructional Design, Enablement Strategy + Execution, Sales Leaders, and SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Surface insights on learner progress, skill gaps, and training effectiveness.
• Participate in content reviews and support material updates or enhancements.
• Create an engaging, inclusive learning experience that encourages participation and practice.
• Ensure delivery meets defined learning objectives and adheres to adult learning best practices.
• Work with enablement partners to track attendance, engagement, and completion metrics; contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor new-hire performance indicators and coordinate follow-ups with leaders.
• Prepare training materials, systems, and logistics in advance of onboarding sessions.
• Support communication, scheduling, and cohort coordination for new-hire programs.
• Maintain training assets and learner records in partnership with the Enablement partners.
