The Sales Training & Development Manager will be responsible for conducting evidence-based diagnosis, needs assessment, and root cause analysis activities with key members of the sales leadership teams. This role involves researching, designing, implementing, and evaluating various sales training programs, including sales onboarding, sales technology, product training, customer experience, account management, and penetration/growth initiative programs. The manager will apply modern adult learning principles to enhance learning materials, support team selling and partnership selling processes, and develop prospecting skills. Additionally, this role will involve working with sales leaders on pricing and margin management strategies, evaluating training effectiveness, coordinating logistics, and managing training materials and calendars. The position also requires creation and management of content on LMS platforms, video editing, and staying current with training delivery methods and industry knowledge. The role also includes adherence to Sysco's Food Safety Policy and a commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.
