The Sales Technology & Enablement Manager provides enterprise‑level ownership and execution leadership for TDS’ multi‑year productivity transformation. This role owns the commercial sales technology and enablement portfolio, with accountability for driving sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth. The Sales Technology & Enablement Manager is responsible for defining priorities, overseeing delivery, and ensuring sustained business impact across the commercial sales organization. The position serves as the business and product owner, for core sales platforms and capabilities supporting sales execution and performance. The role partners cross-functionally, leading complex initiatives from concept through execution. This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates.
