About The Position

Neo is seeking a motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of Sales Representatives. The role involves driving customer acquisition by coaching the team to successfully sign up users for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products. Requirements

Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role.
Experience leading, supervisory, or coaching a team (ideally in sales).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match event schedules.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check and a credit check.

Responsibilities

Coach and develop Sales Representatives by training, mentoring, and providing ongoing feedback to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
Manage operations by creating and optimizing team schedules for maximum event coverage, and overseeing the setup and teardown of branded activation booths.
Drive performance by monitoring individual and team sales targets, implementing strategy adjustments, and generating regular performance reports for management.
Lead by example by providing hands-on support at events, troubleshooting issues, and actively selling Neo products to hit revenue goals.
