The ideal candidate will proactively build pipeline, own sourcing strategy end-to-end, identify top talent through disciplined market research and outreach, and exercise sharp discernment before submitting candidates. This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role supporting a rapidly scaling, 100% onsite workforce. Requirements

• A deep understanding of sales roles and what makes a top performer.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales roles.
• Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to try new approaches and experiment with different sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage with stellar sales candidates.
• Take candidates through the entire hiring process, from initial screening to final offer.
• Work closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and build a pipeline of top talent.
