About The Position
Fabrication Enterprises Inc. is a leading manufacturer of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Rehabilitative products. Our international team is growing, and we are looking for a qualified professional to join the team. This Sales Support position will be responsible for providing front line customer service to our international accounts. This person must be detail oriented and be able to communicate effectively. It is a great position in which someone will learn the business from the ground up as it involves learning multiple aspects of our industry.
Requirements

- Proficient skill level of Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe; specifically, Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with existing international accounts to service inquiries related to orders, shipments, pricing, and availability of products.
- Preparing and organizing international shipping export documentation to ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues by communicating effectively with our team
- Processing returns and credits.
- Analyzing and determining opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell potential to provide added value to our customers while increasing our revenue.
- Communicating effectively with team members.
- Training will be provided by experienced team members.
