About The Position

Together with our partner MLA (Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas Inc.) we are successfully expanding our activities in the North American market. We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Sales Support. Responsible for providing sales-related support to the Jungheinrich North American Sales Organization to be successful on the North American market by completing administrative tasks related to operational activities, providing support for escalated customer-service issues and implementing new policies to make sales processes more efficient. Coordinate cooperation with cross-functional teams to introduce new products or services, deal with logistics issues, and use their project management skills to reach all organizational goals. Interact with other departments to form a cohesive concept for release and improve sales processes. Lead all aspects related to the location's SAP system. Support North American Sales Organization, MLA Sales functions and Key Account Management Team by providing operational and strategic support in all sales related to US headquarters, German factories and other Jungheinrich locations around the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or closely related field and 3 years of experience as Proven Sales Administrator or After Sales Specialist.
  • The 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree must have included experience with coordination of after-sales operations for an international manufacturing company, SAP, management of customer service projects across different international office branches.
  • Alternatively, no degree and 3 years of experience as Proven Sales Administrator or After Sales Specialist.
  • 3 years of experience without a degree must have included experience with coordination of after-sales operations for an international manufacturing company, SAP, management of customer service projects across different international office branches.
