About The Position

Connectronics Corp, a HEICO company, is a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high-voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi-pin cable assemblies. Our connectors are used in a variety of industries including aerospace, defense, entertainment, medical and nuclear. We currently have an opening in Toledo, OH for a sales support person to perform data entry and field customer inquiries regarding shipments and orders.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-year related experience and/or training/education
Experience with MS Office and other CRM/ERP programs (Great Plains and/or Business Central experience a plus)
Able to work and solve problems in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is necessary.
Works well in a team environment and independently.
Detail oriented with proven accuracy.
Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
Positive and Professional demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Accurate entry of new orders and change orders.
Submission of order acknowledgements to customers.
Communicate with customers/provide reports regarding lead times, status of orders, expediting requests, etc.
Coordinate efforts and customer requirements with applicable departments and personnel as required with finance, shipping, and other departments.
Distribution of sales order documents.
Review / research / obtain data for deficiencies and errors.
Sort, organize, and file hard copies of paperwork.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
