As a Sales Support team member, you help keep our stores running beautifully by blending fresh body butters, restocking shelves and uplifting every guest experience. You’re the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every detail shines. This role is perfect for friendly, hard-working individuals who love a positive, creative environment and want to be part of a growing, joyful retail brand.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Guest Experience
• Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
• Capture guest emails and share information about Sprinkle Points
• Assist at the register with upselling and packing orders
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere
• Blend & Create Products
• Craft custom body butters and fragrance mister sprays at our Blending Bar
• Learn and follow our signature blending and packaging standards
• Keep the Blending Bar stocked, sanitary, and guest-ready
• Support Operations
• Restock and maintain inventory levels throughout the day
• Receive and organize shipments
• Assist with store cleaning, organization, and visual presentation
