About The Position
PJ Morgan Real Estate is hiring a full-time Sales Support Specialist to support its agent team and keep real estate transactions organized and on track. The role offers hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the real estate industry in a fast-paced environment. The company is a full-service real estate firm offering commercial and residential property management, association management, commercial sales and leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. The position works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating every-other-Saturday on-call coverage from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM; Saturday hours are flexed during the week. The role reports to the Sales Operations Manager and pays $16–$18 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain residential and commercial listed-property data.
- Audit sales contract files and maintain active and closed transaction files.
- Communicate with agents about missing or incomplete paperwork.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide materials to agents as needed.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
