Responsibilities

  • Support a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant issues
  • Assist in enhancing current service and product variety to existing customer base
  • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
  • Generate timely sales reports/summaries/data
  • Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals
  • Stay current with new product and feature launches
  • Maintain positive relationship with existing customers and build relationships with new customers
  • Suggest and promote sales process improvements
  • Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience
  • Collect and analyze competitor data to distinguish sales opportunities
