About The Position

The Sales Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the sales team to help ensure sales activities are executed efficiently. The role supports shelf-set coordination, merchandising, and relief account management, using organizational and strategic thinking skills to plan, coordinate, and execute sales initiatives. The position contributes to team effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Proven experience in sales, sales support, merchandising, or a related role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.
Familiarity with sales support tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with sales objectives.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support consistent brand representation, accurate pricing, and attractive product displays in retail locations.
Monitor merchandising standards and recommend improvements as needed.
Participate in planning, implementing, and executing shelf-set activities, product displays, and merchandising strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize shelf space, improve product visibility, and enhance the customer experience.
Periodically cover sales territories during absences or vacancies.
Maintain continuity of sales activities and strong customer relationships.
Build relationships with marketing, operations, finance, and other cross-functional teams to align strategies and support seamless execution.
Collaborate on joint initiatives and provide input to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
