Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or office support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to think on your feet.
  • Interest in working in a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with quotes, order processing, and opportunity tracking.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email for follow-up and routine requests.
  • Assist Account Managers with proposals, scheduling, and sales-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes in our systems.
