About The Position

Ulrich Lifestyle Structures is hiring a Sales Support Specialist for their Design Center in Waynesboro, VA. This role focuses on responding to inbound customer inquiries from phone, website, and social media, greeting walk-in customers, and qualifying leads. The specialist will partner garage inquiries with the Garage Division and connect qualified leads with Designers for project completion. The position primarily works with inbound leads rather than cold calling, with expected earnings ranging from $45,000 to $83,000+ per year, including a base salary of $31,200 – $41,600 depending on experience and performance-based bonus opportunities. High performers can earn towards the top of the range by consistently converting leads and scheduling qualified appointments.

Requirements

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, inside sales, or service environments)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to guide conversations and identify customer needs
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Google Workspace
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Interest in helping customers bring their backyard projects to life

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries from phone, website, and social media

• Schedule appointments with Designers for detailed project consultations
