We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and driven Sales Support Specialist to support sales success through seamless coordination and execution. This role involves taking ownership of work, anticipating needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both internal partners and prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight timelines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales support, operations, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with health insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales representatives to support day-to-day sales activities and achieve team goals
  • Help drive new business growth by assisting with lead generation, documentation, and follow-up activities
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal coordination and sales-related support needs
  • Assist in the preparation, generation, and management of proposals to support new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with Underwriting to obtain quotes and ensure proposals are accurate and up to date
  • Maintain organized and accurate sales data within Salesforce
  • Respond to client and prospective inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication when Sales representatives are unavailable
  • Partner with Implementation teams to support onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition
  • Help deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Track, manage, and maintain accurate sales records and documentation
  • Follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Support reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks critical to sales operations
