This role is responsible for managing and documenting commercial sales inquiries, qualifying leads, and providing purchasing and project coordination support for large-scale commercial initiatives. The Inside Sales Commercial Support Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for Commercial Inside Sales activities, qualify and manage inbound and outbound commercial leads, and maintain accurate records of project details, order activity, and registration identifiers in CRM systems. They will also complete and manage job registration forms, provide product pricing, availability, and technical specifications for Schluter Systems products, and generate and process sample orders for commercial projects. Additionally, this role involves processing purchase orders tied to registered commercial jobs, confirming sample shipments, and communicating order status to customers. The specialist will support shared inboxes, act as a primary contact for Ferguson Home, and assist with My Design (Digital Print & RAL) inquiries and order processing. They will also support the preparation of custom product quotations, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in training, and initiate outbound outreach for lead development. Maintaining and updating process and procedure documentation, monitoring commercial workflows, and providing regular updates to management are also key responsibilities. The role contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and attends regular meetings as necessary.
