We are looking for a Sales Support Intern who is obsessed with the "win," loves keeping things organized, and wants to be the backbone of our regional sales team. You’ll be working directly with our Regional Sales Reps, the production floor, and our customers to make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Nice To Haves

  • Business, Marketing, or Communications major.
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or an office setting.
  • Basic interest in manufacturing/construction.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage incoming customer orders, ensuring pricing and delivery specs are perfect.
  • Serve as the primary contact for regional customers, providing order status and shipping updates.
  • Generate, track, and follow up on sales quotes and proposals.
  • Prepare technical submittals.
  • Manage sales correspondence.
  • Compile weekly performance metrics.
