About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to support our Energy Solutions, Warehouse, and New Equipment operations. This role is responsible for processing sales orders, managing inventory, coordinating equipment deliveries, and working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth order process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative, sales support, inventory, or coordination experience
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage new equipment sales orders for Energy Solutions, warehouse equipment, batteries, chargers, and attachments
  • Order equipment from vendors and receive inventory into ERP/CRM systems
  • Track inventory, equipment deliveries, and customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely completion
  • Coordinate equipment pick-up and delivery with customers and internal teams
  • Review paperwork and inventory records for accuracy and proper invoicing
  • Obtain customer payments and process vendor documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with year-end inventory reporting
  • Communicate with sales, operations, vendors, and customers regarding order status and updates
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and coordination teams
  • Assist with additional projects and operational support as needed
